About This Blog

This blog was born out of a portion of my life story that involves what it's like to live with some health issues that stem from juvenile diabetes. For me, it includes heart issues and life in the kidney transplant lane. This is an opportunity for me to chronicle life along the way in the midst of these circumstances. While it will include facts and updates, it will mostly include life experiences . The randomness, unpredictability, and variety of life may lead to some random posts. I don't really know what it will look like but I assure you it will include more than solely transplant stuff. My disclaimer is this: this blog is not intended to be a professionally written publication. So, if you are looking for that I can save you some time by saying stop now. You will be disappointed. It is simply me, being me. However, for those who choose to read, my hope is that you will find it to be conversational, something that is authentic and something that resonates with you in some way. The purpose of this blog is simple. As I walk the road of my life's journey, I hope that you will receive encouragement and the courage to walk yours, whatever it may be and wherever it leads. For me, life is an adventure to be lived not some dress rehearsal to be practiced.
